Dance Dance

I know that Dance Dance Revolution is now used in Physical Education classes, and I think that is awesome! I have one version of DDR, the Dancing With the Stars version, and it is one of the best workouts I have ever had. It not only makes you pay attention to what is going on on the screen, but it also provides you with a whole body workout. I got the game for Christmas, and already I can see changes in my physical appearence. When I play the game, I get a workout not only in my legs, but also my abs and my arms. I end up swining my arms along with the movements of my feet, and most of hte moves require you to have tight abs. I think that this is a great way to get kids involved because it gives them music to play along wiht, and most of them do not even realize they are exercising.

I completely agree! DDR is AMAZING! I got the game last year for christmas and I still love playing it like everyday! I always have someone to compete against it seems and It always is an amazing workout. After a few hours of DDR my legs are definately feeling it! I really want to teach in a school setting that has DDR for the kids to use I think with the different levels all students can play and feel comfortable

Hey Leslie.

I think you're completely right about DDR. I have only played once, but I remember how much of a workout that I thought that I was getting. And it's a game! I think that's the best part of the whole thing. You can play a game and get a workout at the same time.
